Our Mission

We are bicultural, bilingual therapists who understand the impact that oppression and marginalization can have on our mental health. As such, we understand the importance of being seen, heard and understood. We do this work because we want to help others continue on their paths to create positive change. 

Providing biculturally affirming therapy is an important component of our practice. We are here to honor and support your whole self. Our goal is to create an inclusive space to heal and grow.

We provide culturally competent individual therapy. Our focus is to provide you with a space where you feel safe to engage in the therapeutic process. The types of therapy and services we provide include EMDR therapy, therapy for Latin/a/o/e and BIPOC, therapy for LGBTQ+, therapy for depression and anxiety, and therapy to address relationship issues.
